  • Actively participate in shaping the self-organized working processes from a steering role.
  • In your initial projects, develop cloud architectures using various AWS services.
  • Independently drive projects in the energy, automotive and insurance sectors.
  • As an Architect, take responsibility for various topics and clients and independently support them in achieving their goals and projects.
  • Evaluate new AWS features and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience with common solution portfolios on the market and knowledge of application architectures in AWS environments.

  • Understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into strategic and operational solutions.

  • Willingness to contribute to our unit, take responsibility and drive our client projects forward.

Benefits:

  • Agile work in a 40-person, self-organized Cloud Unit that is highly motivated to move mountains together.
  • The chance to decide for yourself — we have removed hierarchical team and department management levels and let experts within the team make decisions, including promotions.
  • Support for your personal and professional development with internal soft-skill training and certifications through our cloud partners AWS and Azure.
  • Flexible flextime account in full- or part-time (25 - 40 hours per week).
  • A company culture characterized by genuine diversity, an informal, first-name culture, dynamism and open dialogue.
