Job Description

SAP GRC Senior Consultant at Mollica IT enhancing security and compliance measures through SAP solutions. Collaborating in project implementations and multi-functional governance activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify improvement opportunities and remediate security and compliance violations;
  • Implement automated control monitoring to track risks in SAP ECC;
  • Extend access provisioning capabilities to non‑SAP systems;
  • Design and develop SAP Security and SAP GRC solutions;
  • Install, configure, maintain and operate the SAP GRC suite (VIRSA) for compliance and security;
  • Conduct SAP security assessments and SOX ITGC compliance audits;
  • Analyze the stability and efficiency of user interfaces;
  • Manage and control access to data and systems;
  • Perform audits and quality checks;
  • Create and maintain: Roles (access profiles), Profiles, User IDs and custom Authorization Objects;
  • Support clients in defining security processes and controls based on best practices;
  • Troubleshoot authorization issues using tools such as SU53, ST01 and SUIM;
  • Design authorization roles using PFCG, SU22, SU24 and SU25;
  • Coordinate Governance, Risk and Compliance activities with cross‑functional teams;
  • Other departmental routines.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with SAP GRC and SAP Security;
  • Bachelor's degree required;
  • Preferred: Experience with ServiceNow and Agile methodologies;
  • Knowledge of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions;
  • Strong understanding of integration between ERP systems and GRC;
  • Experience configuring and supporting SAP GRC components;
  • Knowledge of SAP GRC architecture;
  • Experience with user provisioning;
  • SAP GRC Access Control;
  • SAP GRC Risk Management;
  • End‑to‑end implementation of Access Control / Process Control (minimum 1 project);
  • Hands‑on experience in design, maintenance and support of SAP roles;
  • Knowledge across multiple SAP modules;
  • Risk analysis and assessment using ARM / BRM / EAM / ARA;
  • Language: Advanced conversational English (an interview will be conducted in English).
