Job Description
SAP HCM Tester role for reviewing and testing SAP solutions in ECC to S/4 migration. Collaborating closely with developers to track and remediate defects.
Responsibilities:
- Support the design and development of test scripts, test cases, design changes, and documentation
- Execute manual testing (e.g., UAT, SIT, regression testing) and other testing as required
- Develop documentation to track defects and identify potential issues
- Communicate with the software testing team and development regarding defects and remediation.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in SAP software testing across UAT, SIT, and regression testing in SAP environments (e.g., Fiori, SAP GUI)
- Experience with the SAP HCM module
- Knowledge of test automation is ideal
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to effectively review and understand business and functional requirements
- Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate complex information simply
- Ability to work independently to execute structured manual testing and defect recording.
