Job Description

SAP Project Manager responsible for leading teams and managing SAP projects for Mollica IT. Engage with global teams and apply Agile methodologies to deliver results.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage SAP projects, being responsible for: leadership of technical and functional teams;
  • KPI management;
  • Conducting status meetings and presenting reports;
  • Management of deliverables;
  • Creating and controlling detailed schedules with activities;
  • Participate in the migration project to SAP S/4HANA and the Tax Reform, conducting management activities related to the tax context and requirements;
  • Coordinate initiatives involving SAP and integrations with legacy systems;
  • Work on global projects, interacting with teams from different regions (LATAM and others);
  • Work with multiple distributed teams, ensuring alignment and execution of deliveries;
  • Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies in project execution;

Requirements:

  • Experience managing SAP projects;
  • Experience in Enhancements, Upgrades and Rollouts (in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments);
  • Experience with SAP and integrations with legacy systems;
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
  • Experience in global projects and programs (LATAM and other regions);
  • Experience working with multiple distributed teams;
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Rise;
  • Bachelor's degree required;
  • Language: Advanced conversational English (there will be an interview stage in this language).
