Job Description

SAP S/4HANA Service Consultant focusing on customer service processes and technical support for global clients. Join a remote team in Romania with an emphasis on collaboration and continued learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, and document customer service processes in SAP S/4HANA Service
  • Gather requirements and create functional specifications
  • Configure and develop SAP S/4HANA Service (including Service/CS order types, partner determination, pricing)
  • Perform testing and support project teams during rollout
  • Work closely with related processes such as Order-to-Cash (SD), Source-to-Pay (MM), and Acquire-to-Decommission (EAM)
  • Support technical topics such as code analysis and basic debugging in ABAP
  • Advise business units on process optimization and best practices

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, or Business Informatics
  • 2–3 years of experience in configuring SAP S/4HANA Service Management or alternatively SAP Customer Service
  • Solid experience with customer service processes and strong skills in requirements analysis
  • Knowledge of related SAP processes such as Order-to-Cash (SD), Source-to-Pay (MM), and Acquire-to-Decommission (EAM) is a plus
  • Practical experience in reading ABAP code and performing basic debugging tasks
  • Skilled in process documentation and creating clear, understandable specifications
  • Strong interest in AI-driven tools and the ability to leverage them in daily work
  • Open personality with quick comprehension skills
  • Fluent in German and English and willing to travel.
