Job Description
SDET specializing in API testing with Pytest at Jalasoft. Develop and execute automated tests for high-quality software delivery while enhancing testing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated tests for APIs
- Ensure high-quality software delivery
- Enhance testing processes
- Collaborate with development teams to improve software quality
- Passionate about testing and having a solid background in API testing with Pytest
Requirements:
- **Must have:**
- Years of experience: 5+
- Pytest (testing framework)
- Strong API knowledge (REST + authentication; uses the "request" library)
- K6 (performance testing framework)
- GitLab CI/CD for continuous test execution
- **Plus:**
- Containerized testing (use Docker to run the tests)
- GCP Platform (familiarity with services such as databases, Secret Manager, Cloud Storage buckets, AI services, logging, etc.)
