Job Description
Senior Accreditation Professional managing Humana's health plan accreditations. Performing complex tasks to ensure compliance with accreditation standards across operational areas.
Responsibilities:
- works in a team environment on Humana's health plan accreditations
- performing complex tasks related to compliance with accreditation standards across multiple operational areas
- Help develop and implement quality improvement interventions and audits
- Help resolve deficiencies that impact plan compliance with national accreditation standards
- Work with operational areas to prepare documentation and files for presentation to NCQA
- Advise operational leaders and frontline associates in developing functional strategies for compliance with accreditation standards
- Use analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years' experience in process improvement, data analytics, Compliance, Risk Management, and/or program implementation/design
- Experience working on NCQA Health Equity Accreditation or Health Equity Plus Accreditation
- Exceptional analytical skills, including both problem solving and technical proficiency
- Demonstrated advanced skills in Excel, Access, and database creation, maintenance and management
- Demonstrated excellent time management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated successful relationship building
