Job Description
Senior QA Analyst focusing on strategic product quality in the insurance sector. Developing reliable systems for sales and post-sales processes in a fully remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely integrated with the development team to promote quality from the earliest stages of the software lifecycle;
- Plan, design and execute functional, integration, regression and exploratory tests according to delivery criticality;
- Validate complex business flows related to the insurance market;
- Identify, record, track and support the resolution of defects and improvement opportunities;
- Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and evidence;
- Participate in agile ceremonies and support the team in defining acceptance criteria;
- Manage incidents and requests using tools such as Jira;
- Contribute to the evolution of processes, best practices and a quality-driven culture.
Requirements:
- Solid experience as a Test/QA Analyst at senior level;
- Required knowledge of the insurance segment (life, auto, homeowners, property or similar);
- Experience testing systems that involve complex business rules;
- Experience with sales and post-sales processes in the insurance sector;
- Experience with management tools such as Jira;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban);
- Analytical mindset, critical thinking and good communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Preferred / Nice to have
- Experience in implementation projects or migrations of insurance core systems;
- Experience with test automation;
- Knowledge of APIs and integrations;
- Experience working in large enterprise environments.
