Job Description
Senior AI Analytics Engineer owning analytics domains, dashboards, and commercial insights. Reap’s stablecoin-powered finance platform enables global payments, cards, and expense management.
Responsibilities:
- Own a set of business domains end to end, from underlying data and definitions through dashboards and stakeholder relationships
- Deliver pricing and cost-saving analyses, forecasting, client deep-dives, and commercial proposals
- Identify and quantify revenue opportunities and growth levers, including pricing optimization, upsell/cross-sell potential, retention drivers, and margin expansion
- Translate analyses into clear recommendations for business owners
- Partner with business teams as embedded decision support in meetings and decisions
- Turn recurring questions into permanent answers through new columns, dashboards, or documentation
- Design and maintain vetted views and metric definitions in the Snowflake semantic layer
- Build and maintain Metabase dashboards
- Validate dashboard figures, reconcile them against Finance-owned figures, and debug discrepancies to root cause
- Manage enablement documentation, training sessions, weekly office hours, and Slack support
- Collaborate with Data Engineering on ingestion and modeling decisions
- Collaborate with Data Product Managers on priorities and rollout
- Report to the Analytics Lead within the Data & Analytics functional team
Requirements:
- 8+ years in analytics engineering or analytics roles
- End-to-end ownership of a business domain’s data, metrics, and reporting
- Strong analytical judgment and ability to turn ambiguous business questions into structured, decision-ready answers
- Ability to partner credibly with commercial, finance, or risk teams
- Expert SQL
- Solid dimensional modeling fundamentals
- Experience building or maintaining semantic or metrics layers
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Metabase
- Experience with validation, reconciliation, and tracing discrepancies to root cause
- Clear documentation and ability to train non-technical stakeholders to self-serve
- Proven experience generating revenue and opportunity insights through pricing, profitability, or growth analyses
- Fintech, payments, or card-issuing domain experience is nice to have
- Experience with dbt or similar transformation and testing frameworks is nice to have
- Python or another scripting language for validation and automation is nice to have
- Experience with or strong interest in AI-assisted analytics, LLM tooling, skill/prompt design, or text-to-SQL is nice to have
- Experience contributing to data governance, including access models, PII handling, and naming standards, is nice to have
- Track record of building revenue or opportunity dashboards, pricing models, or commercial scorecards is nice to have
