Job Description
Analyst supporting business services within the EDRMO team at CIBC. Responsible for collaborating on service delivery, process improvements, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Support business services within the EDRMO team
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver services efficiently
- Recommend process improvements
- Assist with risk and control activities
- Work with a diverse team emphasizing urgency, meeting deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail
- Define business outcomes and suggest ways to uplift EDRMO services
- Prepare information for meetings and events with stakeholders
Requirements:
- Degree/diploma in business administration or information management and/or in a related field
- Experience in administrative operations, project management, financial services, or information governance
- Experience supporting a program in a complex environment
- Ability to balance demands on your time
