Job Description
Senior Analyst, ERP Finance at Providence utilizing principles of Finance and ERP systems to solve complex problems. Leading teams and mentoring while analyzing business applications.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize a wide application of principles, theories, and concepts related to Finance and ERP systems to provide solutions to a diverse array of difficult problems.
- Lead medium project and work teams and will work on a number of complex business applications.
- Analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems and devices or modify procedures to process data and solve problems.
- Review schedules, cost and documentation to ensure success of projects.
- Mentor and assist others in support of applications, projects and goals.
- Interact with users to determine appropriate requirements of complex systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Technology, Engineering, Commerce, or closely related field.
- 5 years of experience in application design, implementation and/or maintenance of finance modules (GL, AR, AP, FA, CM, Projects, Grants).
- 2 years of experience executing medium to complex projects; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems.
- 2 years of experience with Cloud ERP application configuration (Oracle Cloud - preferred), administration, report writing, and analytics skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle data import, data export, customizations, and extensions.
- Knowledge of hierarchies and dimensions, enterprise structures and offerings in Oracle cloud applications.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud fast formulas or equivalent.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office products.
