Job Description
Senior Analyst ensuring quality assurance and reporting at a global reinsurance company. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and mentoring associates.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures quality assurance through internal and external reporting measures
- Develops and/or maintains underwriting internal and external reporting
- Gathers data and coordinates with internal clients including actuarial, IT and underwriting
- Lead and coordinates Training, UAT and process efficiencies
- Participates and leads in associate development and mentoring activities
- Responsible for regular recurring job functions including complex problem analysis and reconciliation of data
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experience (minimum 5 years)
- 5 – 8 years of experience in insurance, reinsurance or financial services
- 1-2 years of experience in a senior technical/professional, project lead, or supervisory position
- Advanced oral and written communication skills
- Complex investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to comprehend and interpret insurance and contract documents
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Intermediate Word, SQL/Query and Excel skills
