Job Description
Senior Application Services Engineer managing global support for critical applications. Collaborating with development and architecture teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide L4 support experience in leading 24x7 on-call support
- Support a broad range of technologies (Windows/Linux, multi-tier web applications)
- Effectively deploy applications by building automation suites
- Install, configure, and tune middleware applications
- Setup monitoring at all layers of the application stack
Requirements:
- L4 support experience in leading 24x7 on-call support for highly critical customer-facing applications
- Proficiency in both Windows and Linux environments
- Experience setting up proactive monitoring systems
- Familiarity with Public & Private Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Networking basic knowledge (F5, HAproxy)
- Strong critical thinking skills
