Job Description
Senior Architect designing secure healthcare IT solutions for virtual7, an IT provider advancing Germany’s public-sector digitalization. Architecting GKV solutions with privacy, security, and AI technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Development and technical design of solutions in the GKV (statutory health insurance) environment
- Taking on architectural responsibility and overseeing technical implementation
- Development with a strong focus on IT security and data protection
- Analyzing complex business and technical requirements and translating them into sustainable solutions
- Collaborating with diverse stakeholders and technical teams
- Utilization of modern technologies and, where appropriate, AI-based solutions in the healthcare domain
- Contributing to projects that drive the company's development
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software development or IT architecture
- Solid experience in the GKV environment and a good understanding of healthcare processes and requirements
- Experience as an Architect, Senior Developer, or Lead Developer
- Structured, analytical working style
- High standards for quality and security
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Practical experience developing secure and reliable software solutions with consideration for IT security requirements (nice to have)
- Experience with AI solutions in the GKV environment, ideally with handling sensitive patient data (nice to have)
