Job Description
Backend Engineer responsible for coding clean software and providing team training at cVortex. Open to candidates in Brazil for remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Implement features and fixes for the company's software.
- Write code following software engineering best practices, producing clean, high-performance code.
- Write technical documentation when applicable.
- Provide training to other team members when necessary.
- Maintain good relationships with team members and other company stakeholders.
- Be highly available to the team (meetings, agile ceremonies).
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with the Spring Framework (Spring Boot required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Open to continuous learning and new technologies.
- Flexible and adaptable to change in a dynamic environment.
