Job Description
Senior Business (Process) Analyst position focusing on BPMN and ADONIS at WAITS GmbH. Engaging in digital transformation projects and process optimization for clients in various sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Capture and document customer requirements
- Assist in the analysis of business processes (including Finance)
- Optimize processes in close coordination with cross-functional teams
- Model business processes using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
- Create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and developers to implement process improvements
- Document requirements and processes in written form
- Contribute to the design and continuous improvement (KVP) of processes and business analysis tools
Requirements:
- Experience in capturing and analyzing operational/business processes
- Background in business administration and/or IT
- Experience with Atlassian Confluence
- Experience with the BPM tool ADONIS (BOC Group)
- Expert knowledge of BPMN 2.0 (ISO/IEC 19510:2013)
- Structured and independent working style combined with strong analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work in a remote team
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
- Business-fluent German (C1) and fluent English (B2), both written and spoken
