Job Description
Communications Senior Consultant managing client relationships and leading communication projects for Alight Solutions. Utilizing communication expertise to inspire employee behaviors and drive change.
Responsibilities:
- utilizing communication, change management, and consulting expertise to manage client relationships and lead communication projects.
- planning the development of effective multi-media communication and change management campaigns.
- managing large, complex client projects and relationships.
- consulting with select clients at the senior HR level.
- staying current with communication trends and demonstrating fluency with delivery channels.
- creating and nurturing successful client relationships.
- mentoring and coaching junior consultants.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related discipline.
- exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating creativity as well as HR/benefits expertise.
- comfortable with engaging with and presenting to clients.
- collaborative efficiently and effectively with all stakeholders.
- ability to write and guide others to write compelling communication materials for a variety of audiences and media.
- excellent organizational and project management skills.
- ability to understand role on project/team, while going beyond to add value.
- demonstrated experience in coaching, leading and/or managing people.
- accountable for assignments/projects to ensure they’re delivered with excellence and profitability.
- experience with Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat.
