Job Description
Senior Consultant advising external clients on improving business results through digital transformation. Collaborating closely with teams to design solutions for complex business and technical problems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead portions of project workstreams.
- Perform structured analyses, facilitate workshops, and develop client-ready deliverables.
- Engage directly with client stakeholders to gather insights and communicate findings.
- Contribute to the development of thought leadership, methodologies, and service offerings.
- Support capability building within the team through coaching and knowledge sharing.
- Help identify opportunities to expand engagements or build client value.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- 5+ years of consulting or applicable industry experience.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a focus on automation and controls
- The ability to travel, potentially up to 50% of the time.
- Project management capability
