Job Description
Senior SAP adoption consultant at Nagarro, a digital product engineering and IT services company. Designing change, digital adoption, LMS/LXP, and learning enablement for transformation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change strategies in transformation projects, ideally in SAP contexts, focused on sustainable user adoption
- Translate change objectives into structured enablement and adoption concepts across systems, processes, and user groups
- Design, coordinate, and implement Digital Adoption Platforms such as WalkMe, Whatfix, and Userlane
- Create and quality-assure in-app assets including walkthroughs, tooltips/SmartTips, hotspots, and contextual help
- Own end-to-end enablement, including target-group segmentation, content lifecycle management, testing, go-live coordination, and adoption KPI evaluation
- Introduce, operate, and continuously improve learning solutions in LMS/LXP environments
- Design course structures, learning paths, assignments, and reporting in systems such as SuccessFactors Learning
- Design modern enablement and learning approaches including AI-supported personalization and learning analytics
- Apply user experience and WCAG accessibility standards to learning content and in-app guidance
- Conduct stakeholder analyses, alignment workshops, targeted communication initiatives, and German/English enablement sessions
- Collaborate closely with HR development, IT, and business units
- Contribute to governance for enablement content, quality standards, and translations
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in Organizational Change Management within technology- or ERP-driven transformation projects, ideally SAP, with a strong focus on user adoption
- Experience conceiving and operationally using Digital Adoption Platforms such as SAP EnableNow, WalkMe, Whatfix, and Userlane
- Responsibility for productive in-app guidance content
- Participation in at least one end-to-end enablement or adoption initiative from change concept through rollout to evaluation of adoption KPIs
- Practical experience in LMS/LXP environments, including course structures, learning paths, assignments, and reporting
- Familiarity with change management methodologies including ADKAR, Prosci, and Kotter
- Knowledge of instructional design
- Pragmatic, implementation-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and confidence in stakeholder interaction
- Very good German and English skills
- Interest in modern enablement and learning approaches, including AI-supported concepts, UX, and WCAG accessibility
