Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Respond proactively and consistently to media inquiries, maintaining strong relationships with journalists.
- Identify story opportunities and pitch narratives that reinforce reputation, leadership, and strategic vision.
- Coordinate press events (briefings, meet-and-greets, media pools, press trips), including content production: press releases, Q&As, scripts, speeches, key messages, media kits, and promotional items.
- Prepare spokespeople: provide media training support, pre-briefings, narrative alignment, and manage contacts between executives and journalists.
- Identify market opportunities (events, summits, experiences, awards, and forums) to position the client as a reference in innovation, sustainability, and industry.
- Be responsible for external events with institutional presence or brand participation: checklists, production, on-site coordination, and external and internal communications.
- Lead corporate awards campaigns — from planning to execution — in partnership with management and business units.
- Produce presentations, speeches, public statements, and corporate materials for senior executives.
- Act as a liaison between the Communications team and global ESG and Sustainability teams.
- Consolidate monthly reports and strategic briefings for global and regional leadership.
- Manage institutional digital channels, ensuring editorial consistency, relevance, and strategic positioning.
- Routine tasks: approving media clippings, updating corporate calendars, and documenting deliverables.

- Bachelor's degree
- Postgraduate degree
- Master's degree
- Doctorate (PhD)
- Postdoctoral experience
