Job Description
Senior Creative Strategist writing and testing VSL and UGC-style ads for AlphaPet’s online pet-food brands. Driving Meta and YouTube creative performance through hooks, iteration, and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic and operational management of the Wolfsblut brand within the central e-commerce team
- Developing VSL concepts and independently writing scripts for Meta and YouTube
- Managing the creative pipeline from hook and briefing through to test learnings
- Creating actionable briefs for editors and UGC creators
- Planning creative rotations and establishing a structured testing framework
- Analyzing Ads Manager performance
- Deriving hypotheses and briefing the next creative iterations
- Supporting the process from the initial briefing through performance analysis
- Working directly with the Meta Paid Team Lead
Requirements:
- At least 3–4 years of experience in performance creative and/or direct-response copywriting, ideally in DTC e-commerce
- Proven results with Meta video ads, VSLs, UGC-style ads, and hook testing
- Experience developing high-converting ads
- Copywriting with a distinctive voice
- Understanding of consumer psychology, hooks, and storytelling frameworks such as PAS, DIC, and Before/After
- Excellent German language skills
- Independent and proactive approach to work
