Job Description
Senior Data Architect providing IT Services for cloud-based SaaS solutions at Capio Group. Ensure enterprise-level data systems meet complex public sector needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide IT Services for implementation of the clients cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, software licensing, and maintenance.
- Handle scope and communication to clients during delivery.
- Ensure the database design of all components has an enterprise view and that each component/module works together to address the functional requirements.
- Manage data warehousing (both traditional and cloud) and data governance.
- Implement and perform performance tuning.
- Utilize data engineering and ETL tools from multiple sources.
- Implement self-service business intelligence tools.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, platforms, and solutions as they relate to data architecture.
- Work within an integrated and multi-cloud environment.
- Provide data architecture expertise in building the solution.
- Use data governance tools and develop data migration strategies from legacy to modern technologies.
- Migrate documents and metadata from legacy applications to future state content management.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure and address all functional and non-functional requirements.
Requirements:
- Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum of seven (7) years of full-time experience data architecting enterprise solutions in a lead role on complex information technology project(s) with a minimum contract value of at least ten million $10M and 5,000+ users with the Salesforce technology to be implemented in the proposed solution.
- Within the last ten (10) years, must have five (5) years of experience in data modeling, data modeling tool(s), ETL process, data warehousing, and data lake design.
- Within the last ten (10) years, must have five (5) years of experience in cloud platforms and their data services.
- Must possess and maintain Enterprise Architecture Certification in one or more industry-leading architecture framework(s). A copy of the certification must be provided upon request.
- Within the last ten (10) years, must have at least five (5) years of experience in data governance, data quality, and data/document conversion activities within enterprise solution implementations.
- Must be able to provide a client/user end reference contact information for each applicable project meeting the requirements upon request in the qualification form. In addition, you must be able to submit completed reference forms when requested. Each reference form must be signed by the referenced individual. The reference contact must be a representative of the company for which the project was developed and must have served in a management or supervisory role.
