Job Description
Senior Data Analyst creating machine learning solutions and leading experiments to enhance client experience. Collaborating across teams to drive data-driven decisions and optimize results.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage data, experimentation, analytics, and statistical approaches to effect digital transformation.
- Lead exploratory efforts developing insights and machine learning solutions.
- Design and facilitate A/B tests and other experiments end-to-end.
- Manage timeline, effectively progress efforts, and communicate findings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure request and goals are clear.
- Independently drive data mining processes iteratively with business engagement to deliver analytic results.
- Understand business problems and data necessary for optimization.
- Maintain project plans to anticipate resource needs, mitigate risks, and deliver on time.
- Work with multi-discipline teams to blend testing and analytics with business acumen.
- Design experiments ensuring sound methodology and alignment with goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing , Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Business, or related course of study required .
- Related Master's Degree a plus.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in data analysis with advanced SQL programming skills, high level of independence required.
- 5+ years of experience using data to conduct experiments, supporting experimentation and optimization: A|B, split, multivariate analysis with proven track record of setting up A / B testing and generating insights out of their significance.
- 5+ years’ experience and proficiency in SQL, Python along with data visualization tools.
- 3+ years of demonstrable experience with web tools including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics preferred.
- 3+ years of work experience in (Digital) Marketing alongside working with product leads, product managers, software engineering and user experience design teams.
- Advanced analytics and data mining: the ability to apply appropriate analytical techniques to answer the business questions providing actionable insights.
- Strong communications skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills including active listening.
- A team orientation: strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to network with internal business partners across the organization.
