Job Description
Senior Developer at OutSystems leading the implementation of complex Agentic Systems. Driving technical delivery and adhering to AI-Native standards within a global culture.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and end-to-end technical implementation of high-complexity apps
- Coach teammates on AI-Native Technical Delivery Methodology
- Act as primary quality gate for team adherence to standards
- Contribute to security and governance protocols for AI agents
Requirements:
- 5+ years in OutSystems
- Deep knowledge of Agentic process design and vector database integration
- Advanced proficiency in prompt engineering
