Job Description
DevOps Engineer supporting cloud migration and system reliability at OAG, a leading travel data platform. Collaborating with a global team to optimize infrastructure and implement automation practices.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a global DevOps team to migrate and optimise systems for Azure cloud and hybrid environments
- Deploy and manage applications using CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure and support processes
- Build, support, and optimise 24x7 production environments
- Introduce and apply SRE and IaC practices
- Collaborate with developers and other technical teams to improve observability, reliability, and efficiency
- Participate in rostered on-call support and troubleshooting
Requirements:
- Experience implementing CI/CD and version-control practices using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
- Practical knowledge of Windows Server and/or CentOS, Azure Cloud, networking, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Practical knowledge of IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, PowerShell, Helm charts)
- Practical knowledge of at least one observability tool (preferably Datadog, Grafana, ELK stack, or Azure monitoring, etc.)
- Security-minded person with some exposure to security tools (OWASP, Sonarcloud or similar)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Clear communicator and effective team player, fluent in English (B2 or higher)
