Job Description
Senior DevOps Engineer owning Kubernetes-based deployments of Qodo’s AI code review platform in customer AWS, GCP, and Azure environments. Troubleshooting infrastructure and automating enterprise onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end installation, configuration, and upgrades of Qodo’s Kubernetes-based stack in customer-managed AWS, GCP, and Azure environments
- Troubleshoot unfamiliar customer environments in real time, pull diagnostics, identify root causes, and create custom Python/Bash scripts
- Serve as a technical counterpart to enterprise engineering teams during onboardings
- Work alongside Solutions Engineering as needed for US-based clients
- Codify deployment best practices into Terraform and Helm infrastructure-as-code modules
- Create and maintain an internal knowledge base for repeatable, automated onboarding procedures
- Ensure performance and health of PostgreSQL, Redis, container networking, storage, and other core infrastructure components in isolated client stacks
Requirements:
- 5+ years in DevOps / Infrastructure
- Proven track record in product-driven B2B SaaS, DevOps tooling, or developer platform companies
- Experience in customer-facing deployment, technical onboarding, or Field DevOps contexts
- Must be located in Central Time Zone USA
- Expert-level, hands-on experience running, troubleshooting, and tuning complex production Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers
- Proficiency with Terraform and Helm across AWS, GCP, and Azure, particularly within customer VPC/tenant boundaries
- Solid understanding of Linux networking, IAM/security policies, storage drivers, and database infrastructure management
- Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
- Strong capability in Python or Bash for diagnostic tools, automation scripts, and deployment fixes
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, making technical decisions independently, and driving projects forward autonomously
- Clear communication and ability to build trust with client engineers under pressure
