Job Description

Senior Director of Marketing growing Pre-Born!’s pro-life nonprofit donor and brand presence. Leading data-driven campaigns, social media, SEO, partnerships, and videography projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data from all marketing, donation, and customer relationship management platforms and adjust established marketing plans based on outcomes
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of videography projects
  • Conduct donor health analysis to properly segment marketing and communication pieces
  • Collect and create digital, postal, and radio collaterals for campaigns and events
  • Conduct regular and comprehensive market research on all stakeholders
  • Conduct regular and comprehensive return-on-investment analyses on all marketing campaigns
  • Grow “market share” of Pre-Born! brand in the cause space
  • Develop and maintain a profitable, robust, and integrated social media marketing plan
  • Manage main website (preborn.com) retargeting and SEO endeavors
  • Lead efforts to diversify the donor base demographics, paying special attention to millennial generations and younger
  • Manage external marketing, communications, radio, and public relations partnerships
  • Furnish routine reporting to senior leadership
  • Work with the Director of Creative Strategy and Communications
  • Report to the VP of Growth / Chief Marketing Officer

Requirements:

  • Personal, growing relationship with Jesus Christ
  • Agreement with and adherence to Pre-Born!’s Statement of Faith and Code of Christian Conduct
  • 100% pro-life
  • Willingness to intercede before God for the ministry of Pre-Born!
  • Expertise in non-profit marketing, communications, and public relations, preferably in the pregnancy center / pro-life space
  • Significant experience in Microsoft Office suite, webpage design, graphic proofreading, and print, digital and/oratory marketing content development
  • Ability and desire to manage details in simultaneous projects on an ongoing basis
  • Ability and desire to accommodate high priority and/or urgent campaigns
  • Ability to effectively work with different team members with varying degrees of expertise and experiences
  • Ability to anticipate organizational creative needs
  • Proven analytical and organizational skills to ensure data and programmatic integrity
  • Experience establishing and conservatively managing budgets
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and work efficiently on a team while having strong self-management skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility to different organizational and management requirements
