Job Description
Senior EMR Analyst responsible for designing, building, and supporting EMR applications. Collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize system functionality and workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibilities include design, build, testing, validation and ongoing support of EMR applications.
- Collaborates with EMR team members and operational leaders to stabilize and optimize EMR.
- Communicates effectively with end users and leadership regarding build changes and project plans.
- Assists end-users on proper use of the application and implements approved changes.
Requirements:
- Associates Degree, preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Understanding/knowledge of clinical/peripheral healthcare functions and work processes
- Understanding of technology related to functional processes/workflow
- Strong analytical, computer, and communication skills
- EMR Certification (to be obtained within 6 month after hire, if required for job function)
