Job Description

Sr Field Service Technician providing essential technical support and service for Honeywell's advanced fulfillment technologies. Troubleshooting issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • provide high-level technical support and service to customers
  • troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • perform maintenance and repairs
  • provide training and guidance to customers and junior technicians
  • drive customer satisfaction and contribute to the success of service operations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years experience with metal fabrication tools (drills, saws, grinders) and strong mechanical/millwright skills
  • 2+ years experience in material handling, industrial maintenance, or similar environments
  • 2+ years experience reading blueprints and schematics
  • 2+ years experience utilizing Microsoft Office 365 and operating a smartphone/tablet for business
  • 2+ years experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, or cranes (training provided)
  • 2+ years experience working in a team environment
  • Ability to work long hours in a physically demanding role
  • Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel up to 95%, including weekends
