Job Description
Service Engineer maintaining lifts and escalators for Otis. Performing routine checks, repairs, and providing client updates while ensuring safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine service checks on lifts and escalator units.
- Record and escalate findings to the field manager.
- Provide updates to clients around work carried out.
- React to sudden breakdowns and provide technical solutions.
- Perform minor repairs.
Requirements:
- Hold an NVQ level 3 in lift service, maintenance, or repair.
- Hold a drivers license.
- At least 24 months of experience in the elevator sector.
- Good skills in electricity and electrical engineering.
- Committed professional with safety as a priority.
- Comfortable communicating to others.
- Curious, adaptable, capable of working alone or in a team.
- Comfortable using electronic and digital tools.
