Job Description

Service Engineer maintaining lifts and escalators for Otis. Performing routine checks, repairs, and providing client updates while ensuring safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine service checks on lifts and escalator units.
  • Record and escalate findings to the field manager.
  • Provide updates to clients around work carried out.
  • React to sudden breakdowns and provide technical solutions.
  • Perform minor repairs.

Requirements:

  • Hold an NVQ level 3 in lift service, maintenance, or repair.
  • Hold a drivers license.
  • At least 24 months of experience in the elevator sector.
  • Good skills in electricity and electrical engineering.
  • Committed professional with safety as a priority.
  • Comfortable communicating to others.
  • Curious, adaptable, capable of working alone or in a team.
  • Comfortable using electronic and digital tools.
