Job Description
Senior Financial Solutions Advisor for BELAY diagnosing financial realities and designing outsourced financial leadership solutions to drive revenue growth. Seeking experienced CFOs, Controllers, and senior finance leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose a company's financial reality and design outsourced financial leadership solutions
- Act as a trusted financial advisor during the sales process
- Lead high-impact discovery conversations with executives
- Architect customized Financial Solutions packages
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Deep understanding of accounting operations, financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting, financial strategy and business modeling
- Experience supporting small to mid-market businesses; multi-entity and enterprise experience is a plus
- Sales mindset with strong consultative selling and discovery skills
- Comfort managing longer, more complex sales cycles
