Job Description
Desenvolvedor Fullstack sênior desenvolvendo APIs C# e interfaces React para a i4pro, líder brasileira em soluções SaaS para seguradoras. Construindo sistemas escaláveis, seguros e observáveis.
Responsibilities:
- Develop services and APIs in C# (.NET / .NET Core) following REST, SOLID, Clean Architecture, and Clean Code principles
- Develop and maintain scalable, accessible React interfaces using Hooks, Context, and global state management, preferably with TypeScript
- Model data and implement efficient queries in SQL databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB)
- Ensure quality through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, code reviews, and sound engineering practices
- Safeguard security (authN/authZ, OWASP Top 10), observability (structured logs, metrics, tracing), and performance
- Promote best practices and actively participate in code reviews and design reviews
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and UX teams on discovery and continuous delivery in Lean, Agile, and Kanban/Scrum environments
- Work on end-to-end SaaS solutions for the Brazilian insurance market
Requirements:
- Experience in backend development with C# (.NET) and frontend development with React
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, API versioning, and integration with external services
- Hands-on experience with .NET Core, dependency injection, middleware, and HTTP pipelines
- Practical experience using Docker in real-world projects (building, distributing, and running applications across different environments)
- Proven experience with SQL (relational modeling and optimized queries) and NoSQL
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and continuous integration (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps)
- Experience with scalable architectures, caching, messaging (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka), and observability
- Experience using and developing software development and engineering agents
- Experience developing with applied AI
- Experience with Claude, Copilot, or modern IDEs such as Cursor
- Currently pursuing a degree in a technology-related field
- Strong communication skills, autonomy, and a strong sense of ownership
- Preferred: experience with Entity Framework Core, Dapper, or similar ORMs
- Preferred: knowledge of TypeScript for frontend development
- Preferred: experience with React ecosystem frameworks (Next.js, React Query, Redux Toolkit)
- Preferred: experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Terraform, and Kubernetes
- Preferred: experience with API security (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT), feature flags, and blue/green or canary releases
- Preferred: participation in communities, technical writing, or open-source contributions
