Job Description
Senior Fullstack Developer creating and maintaining diverse software solutions in the banking and insurance sectors. Collaborating with self-organized teams to drive innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement software — setting standards and ensuring quality
- Lead self-organized teams in diverse and exciting client projects
- Work on varied, challenging projects in the banking and insurance sectors
- Develop a range of software solutions across the projects' technology stacks

Requirements:
- German (spoken and written) at minimum C1 level; English skills are a plus
- Degree in information technology (e.g., Computer Science or Business Informatics) or an equivalent qualification
- Extensive experience in both frontend and backend development
- Proven track record in software development projects
- Ideally experience in the banking or insurance industry, or strong interest in gaining experience in these sectors
- Broad technology stack including Spring Boot, Angular, and Docker/OpenShift, alongside common modern software development practices
- Deep knowledge of software design and architecture
- Experience with modern methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
- Team player with commitment and willingness to learn, combined with the desire and patience to share your knowledge and experience
