Job Description
Healthcare Provider industry director shaping UiPath’s automation strategy for health systems and hospitals. Building market POVs, repeatable sales plays, and executive customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Build a clear point of view on the Healthcare Provider market
- Document current practices, common patterns, and use cases across health systems, hospitals, and ambulatory networks
- Develop a defensible point of view on how provider organizations should drive repeatable outcomes
- Translate market insight into repeatable sales plays aligned to buyer personas and business outcomes
- Equip sales teams with structured narratives for health system executives
- Partner with Sales, Strategy, and Product to estimate TAM for priority provider use cases
- Help prioritize functions, workflows, and care settings based on impact, scale, and repeatability
- Provide evidence-based input into product strategy
- Engage senior leaders across health systems and provider organizations as a peer advisor
- Contribute to outcome-focused conversations across UiPath’s provider portfolio
- Drive industry credibility and accelerate customer decision-making
- Produce documented Healthcare Provider POVs, repeatable sales plays, and customer evidence that inform product decisions
- Help position UiPath as a long-term strategic partner to health system executives
Requirements:
- 10+ years in healthcare
- Deep, hands-on experience inside provider organizations, including health systems, hospitals, or ambulatory networks
- Experience in provider-side functions such as Revenue Cycle, Clinical Operations, Care Management, Patient Access, Enterprise IT, or Compliance
- Experience driving or influencing large-scale transformation initiatives inside a health system or hospital environment
- Familiarity with the EHR and interoperability landscape, including Epic and Oracle Health/Cerner
- Familiarity with provider regulatory and reimbursement dynamics, including CMS, value-based care, and HIPAA
- Ability to develop market points of view and translate them into repeatable sales plays
- Ability to engage senior health system and provider organization leaders as a peer advisor
- Action-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity
- Ability to document, structure, and synthesize information
- Ability to connect market insight to commercial opportunity
- Ability to influence without formal ownership
