Job Description
Senior Infrastructure Architect for Salesforce leading infrastructure solution architecture and governance. Serving enterprise clients with strategic IT advisory and implementing integration solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and IT decision-makers
- Lead infrastructure solution architecture and design via comprehensive requirements workshops
- Ultimate responsibility to execute overall solution architecture
- Review project direction, identify and mitigate risks
- Architect, implement, and support enterprise-grade, secure, and highly available infrastructure
- Scale technical best practices globally
Requirements:
- Active Top Secret/Sensitive Confidential Information (TS/SCI) clearance (U.S. citizenship required; contingent upon acceptable background investigation)
- 15+ years in enterprise infrastructure architecture
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Linux (scripting, system administration, performance tuning)
- 2-4 years of leading and managing people as a Technical Lead
- Demonstrated expertise in architecting, implementing, and supporting Enterprise-grade infrastructure
- Extensive Linux Expertise (8+ years)
- Extensive practical experience with managed Kubernetes offerings such as GKE, EKS, and AKS
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Cloud Computing
- Proficiency in at least two of the following: Bash, Go, Python, Ruby, node.js, Rust, Java
- Comprehensive understanding of security best practices
- Experience building and managing IT Infrastructure architecture and operations teams
