Job Description
Senior IT Project Manager leading SAP integration initiatives within pharmaceutical sector. Managing vendor relationships and orchestrating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex SAP integration initiatives within the pharmaceutical sector
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams
- Manage critical vendor relationships
- Ensure seamless system integration
- Lead end-to-end SAP integration projects
- Develop and maintain integration strategies and roadmaps
- Manage vendor relationships
- Analyse complex integration requirements
- Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and capacity planning
- Establish and enforce project governance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional project teams
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years' experience in IT Project Management
- At least 5 years leading SAP integration or ERP implementation projects
- Proven expertise in vendor management
- Demonstrated knowledge of pharmaceutical industry operations
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional organisational and time-keeping skills
- Advanced people skills and proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
