Job Description
Bilingual Sourcing & Contracts Specialist managing supplier relationships and contract lifecycles for JLL in North America. Ensuring compliance and seamless supplier onboarding in a fast-paced remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end supplier onboarding processes, including due diligence, documentation, and system setup in Corrigo and other client platforms
- Oversee the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution, administration, amendments, and renewals of supplier agreements
- Ensure compliance with JLL corporate requirements, client-specific requirements, and regulatory obligations, including procurement regulations specific to Quebec
- Act as the primary point of contact for certificates of insurance (COIs), ISNetworld, Avetta and other risk-management platforms; process COI exceptions and monitor renewal compliance
- Communicate effectively in English and French with suppliers, operations teams, clients and stakeholders across U.S. and Canadian regions
- Coordinate multiple sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations simultaneously while managing prioritization across diverse accounts
- Partner with legal and corporate risk management teams to ensure contract terms meet standards and to facilitate approval of non-standard changes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or a related field, OR equivalent experience with 5+ years in procurement and contract management supporting real estate, facilities services, or corporate procurement
- Proven experience in supplier onboarding, contract negotiation and contract administration with a solid understanding of commercial terms, risk allocation and service-level agreements
- Fluency in English and French (Canadian) – written and verbal – required for effective communication with stakeholders across U.S. and Canadian operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build collaborative relationships
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with varied client requirements, diverse account structures and multiple project cycles
