Job Description

Strategic talent advisor designing and executing advanced sourcing strategies at Indiana University Health. Shaping talent pipelines and driving innovation in sourcing tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • This role serves as a strategic talent advisor responsible for designing and executing advanced sourcing strategies.
  • It operates at a high level, shaping long‑term talent pipelines, influencing workforce planning, and elevating the organization’s competitive position in the talent market.
  • Additionally, the role builds and governs scalable sourcing frameworks that improve efficiency, quality of hire, and overall talent outcomes.
  • Leads a sourcing team, shares best practices, and models advanced sourcing capabilities.
  • It drives innovation in sourcing tools and methodologies and influences process improvements that strengthen the broader talent acquisition function.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required.
  • Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, shaping decisions and outcomes without formal authority.
  • Proven success driving initiatives across recruiting, HR, and business teams to improve process or outcomes.
  • Ability to champion new sourcing methodologies, technologies, and frameworks that elevate organizational capability.
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies, propose scalable solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong track record of building trust, fostering alignment, and enabling high‑performing team dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound, data‑informed decisions in ambiguous or high‑impact situations.
  • Proven ability to design and execute complex sourcing strategies using market intelligence, talent mapping, and passive‑candidate engagement.
  • Demonstrated capability to coach team members, share best practices, and model high‑impact sourcing behaviors that raise overall team performance.
