Job Description
Senior Manager overseeing assurance integrity in Textile Exchange, a non-profit driving climate impact in fashion. Collaborating with global teams to enhance sustainability standards and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the team responsible for performance management of assurance providers
- Ensure credibility of the standards system
- Implement assurance models efficiently
- Manage risks, complaints, and disputes related to assurance providers
- Collaborate with other teams for coordinated risk management
Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years of combined experience in sustainability standards systems and certification, with at least 3 years at a management level
- Training and/or experience working as a qualified lead auditor
- Experience in oversight, monitoring, and performance management of assurance providers
- Technical knowledge of certification and accreditation body operations
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Strong work ethic and high degree of autonomy
- Native-level proficiency in English and at least one other language
- Excellent computer skills including advanced proficiency in Microsoft suite
