Job Description
Senior Manager of Field Finance providing financial analysis and support for Central Operations in the United States. Managing the monthly close process and financial training for staff.
Responsibilities:
- Provides financial analysis and support for the monthly close process
- Oversees explanations of variances vs. forecast / budget / prior year
- Ensures billing opportunities are captured
- Manages and develops finance support staff related to financial/accounting skills
- Ensures adequate controls are in place for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
- Works with the Field Finance Director to implement corporate financial policies, guidelines, procedures, and controls
- Oversees collection of accounts receivable
- Supports analysis of proposed new business including pricing and development of customer proposals
- Supervises an analyst and develops leadership competencies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required
- Seven (7) years to Ten (10) years or more in Related experience in finance or accounting support role is required
- Minimum of five years managing these combined functions (finance and accounting support functions to include financial analysis and planning, financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and billing)
- Knowledge of MS Office Advanced
