Job Description
Finance Systems Lead owning NetSuite, integrations, and AI automation for ElevenLabs’ global AI voice, creative, and developer platforms. Remote across Europe with CET timezone operation required.
Responsibilities:
- Run NetSuite end to end, including multi-subsidiary setup, chart of accounts and segments, scripting and workflows, release management, roles, and segregation of duties
- Own integrations between Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob, NetSuite, and the data warehouse
- Design month-end reconciliation processes and exception alerts
- Lead selection and rollout of new systems, including usage-based billing and equity administration
- Handle finance setup for every new legal entity
- Build AI agents and automations for invoice coding, people-cost reconciliations, and accounting requests
- Advise finance on new pricing models, geographies, and audit readiness
- Potentially lead a Finance Systems & Automation team as the company scales
Requirements:
- Experience administering a multi-entity NetSuite OneWorld instance
- Experience with SuiteScript/SuiteQL, saved searches, roles, and releases
- Experience owning an ERP or billing implementation or migration end to end
- Understanding of Stripe data flows into an ERP and revenue recognition
- Experience building integrations through iPaaS or code
- Comfortable working with SQL
- Understanding of R2R, P2P, and O2C processes and related controls
- Ability to work with accountants, engineers, and auditors
- AI-first approach; experience using tools such as Claude Code or Cursor
- Experience automating workflows
- Bonus: experience with Ramp, Pigment, Metronome or another usage-billing platform, Deel/HiBob, n8n, dbt/BigQuery, or SOX/ITGC work at a pre-IPO or public company
- Ability to operate in CET timezones
- Must currently reside in a European country
