Job Description
Senior Manager overseeing enterprise-level procurement initiatives for JLL in the real estate sector. Leading strategic sourcing projects and providing insights to optimize business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing projects across assigned categories
- Develop comprehensive category strategies that align with business objectives
- Conduct sophisticated RFx processes for high-value, complex procurements
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Analyze spend data and market intelligence to identify consolidation opportunities
- Negotiate master service agreements, pricing structures, and contract terms
- Provide executive-level reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field
- 7-10+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management
- Experience in commercial real estate, facilities management, or professional services environments
- Demonstrated leadership in managing high-performing teams and influencing senior stakeholders
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-level negotiations and delivering cost savings
- Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in spend analysis and market research
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing methodologies, contract structures, compliance protocols, and risk management frameworks
- Advanced proficiency with procurement systems and Microsoft Office suite
