Job Description

Senior Paid Ads Marketer driving subscriber, pipeline, and revenue growth for HubSpot Media. Planning, optimizing, and measuring full-funnel campaigns across paid social, search, and emerging channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Own paid media strategy, planning, budget allocation, optimization, and performance across HubSpot Media properties and full-funnel campaigns
  • Drive subscriber, lead, pipeline, and revenue growth by connecting paid media investments to downstream outcomes
  • Plan, execute, and optimize self-serve campaigns across paid social, paid search, influencer, newsletter, podcast, review site, and emerging paid channels
  • Lead paid media strategy for product launches and demand generation campaigns
  • Develop audience strategy, channel orchestration, and budget allocation
  • Make real-time pacing, optimization, and budget reallocation decisions
  • Design and run experiments across creative, audiences, landing pages, offers, devices, and channel mix
  • Document hypotheses, success metrics, and learnings
  • Build performance reporting covering investment efficiency, subscriber quality, pipeline, revenue, and business outcomes
  • Partner with brand, direct response, creative, copy, video, analytics, lifecycle, GTM, and MarTech teams
  • Apply AI and automation to accelerate analysis and optimization

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience personally planning, launching, optimizing, and measuring campaigns
  • Direct experience buying and optimizing campaigns across Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn
  • Experience supporting an owned media property, publisher, subscription product, or content brand
  • Understanding of both audience development and demand generation
  • Experience owning meaningful paid media budgets, including pacing, optimization, and reallocation decisions
  • Ability to connect paid media performance to subscriber quality, qualified pipeline, revenue, and ARR
  • Experience analyzing attribution and performance with incomplete data
  • Experience diagnosing tracking issues and improving measurement processes
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Clear communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools for reporting, analysis, creative research, or campaign optimization
