Job Description
Senior PeopleSoft Functional Consultant strategizing implementation and optimization projects in accounting focusing on FSCM modules. Leading requirements workshops and ensuring compliance with best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirements discovery workshops and AS-IS / TO-BE mapping;
- Prepare functional designs and detailed specifications;
- Translate business requirements into system configurations;
- Lead configuration, functional testing, integrated testing and support for UAT;
- Recommend and implement best practices for supplier onboarding, invoice automation and reconciliation with the General Ledger.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in modules: e-Supplier, Supplier Portal registration workflows, Supplier self-service, capture and maintenance of bank and tax data, e-Settlement, Electronic Invoicing, Self-billing, Invoice reconciliation, Matching (2-way / 3-way), Payment terms and withholdings, ACH, wire and check;
- Bank integration and payment layouts, 1099 / 1042-S setup (when applicable);
- Asset Management, asset books, categories and profiles, capitalization rules, depreciation methods, transfers, impairments and retirements, reconciliation with GL;
- English mandatory — advanced / proficient level (experience in an international environment);
- Additional knowledge: AWE (Approval Workflow Engine), ChartFields structure, Business Unit / SetID, Trees, Banking & Payment setup.
