Job Description
Senior Product Designer leading UX for Motive Card and spend-management platforms. Designing AI-powered dashboards and self-serve tools that help fleet operators turn data into action.
Responsibilities:
- Own the UX end-to-end, from problem framing and research through polished UI and QA
- Deep-dive into customer workflows to identify high-impact use cases
- Collaborate with data engineering on performance, scalability, workflow funnels, drop-offs, and error handling
- Prototype and validate product concepts quickly using AI and realistic representative data
- Ship, measure, and iterate by setting success metrics and incorporating quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Contribute financially specific components and visualization guidelines to the design system
- Mentor teammates and elevate the overall design culture
Requirements:
- 5+ years designing complex web products, including at least 2 years in fintech or other data-heavy domains
- Portfolio demonstrating elegant solutions to information-architecture and data-visualization problems
- Fluency with AI prototyping tools such as Claude, Replit, and Cursor
- Expertise in interaction, interface, and visual design
- Ability to move quickly from low-fidelity flows to polished prototypes
- Ability to drive alignment across product, engineering, and data stakeholders through storytelling and documentation
- Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and turning complexity into clarity
- Knowledge of accessibility standards for data visualization or experience designing for performance-constrained environments is a bonus
- Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations
