Job Description
Senior UX Designer owning research-to-launch experiences for WorkMotion’s EOR, payroll, contractor-management and AI products. Improving complex global workforce workflows through Figma, analytics and design systems.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end UX for onboarding, payroll, contractor management and AI product features from problem framing through shipped experience
- Plan and conduct user research, interviews and usability tests with clients, employees and internal teams
- Translate research findings into clear design decisions
- Create flows, wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma
- Evolve and maintain the WorkMotion Design System, including components, patterns and documentation
- Partner with Product Managers and frontend engineers through discovery, delivery and QA
- Measure product impact through analytics and user feedback and improve live experiences
- Collaborate with leadership, clients and employees to ensure product consistency, impact and momentum
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in UX or product design
- Strong portfolio showing complex B2B or SaaS products
- Expert in Figma, including components, variables, auto layout and interactive prototyping
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining a design system with engineering
- Solid user research skills, including planning studies, running interviews and synthesising insights
- Strong ownership and communication skills
- Confidence presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders at every level
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Experience in HR tech, payroll, fintech or other regulated, compliance-heavy domains (bonus)
- Experience designing AI-powered features or conversational interfaces (bonus)
- Good working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) (bonus)
- Understanding of frontend basics (HTML/CSS) or design-to-code workflows (bonus)
