Job Description
Senior Product Designer shaping enterprise SaaS workflows for Kantata’s professional services automation platform. Designing accessible, scalable experiences across complex user roles, permissions, and organizational hierarchies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and contribute to the roadmap of change for the Kantata OX product portfolio
- Analyze new requirements, prepare high-level user stories, and deliver value assessments to drive prioritization
- Collaborate with product managers, content design, engineering, PM, QA, and marketing teams
- Design application pages, workflows, and content for new features and solutions
- Lead application page and workflow design during the product development cycle
- Ensure designs are innovative, on brand, usable, accessible, consistent, and clear
- Liaise with product teams to ensure designs are complete and easy to follow
- Report to the Head of Design
- Follow existing processes and contribute to process improvements as technology and workflows evolve
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to deliver measurable results and foster innovation
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability tests
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Design experiences reflecting complex access control and role-based interfaces
- Create and maintain scalable design systems across products
- Balance user-level customization with system-wide configuration
- Design scalable systems for global organizations with thousands of users and complex organizational hierarchies
- Communicate design decisions using usage metrics, user feedback, and stakeholder narratives
Requirements:
- Proactive and experienced designer with a background in enterprise SaaS solutions
- Strong creative and design skills, translating complex customer requirements into designs and flows
- Strong demonstration skills and ability to tell compelling stories and explain design theories
- Strong understanding of software usability, functionality, and benefits
- Ability to learn new technology and functional concepts quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional Services domain knowledge and high-level understanding of Professional Services and Embedded Services processes and challenges
- Experience working with Salesforce in a technical or administration capacity
- Ideally, strong PSA knowledge
- Ability to conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Understanding of complex access control and role-based interfaces
- Front-end understanding and UX/UI design proficiency
- Strong visual design knowledge, including typography, color theory, layout, and brand consistency
- Ability to create and maintain scalable design systems
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, QA, and marketing teams
- Understanding of customization versus configurability
- Scalability mindset for global organizations with thousands of users and complex organizational hierarchies
- Ability to communicate design decisions using usage metrics, user feedback, and stakeholder narratives
