Job Description
Senior Product Engineer driving end-to-end product initiatives and AI-powered features for TradeLink's B2B SaaS logistics platform. Focused on building impactful solutions in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- You build and ship end-to-end features across backend (Ruby on Rails) and frontend (React)
- You design and implement AI-driven product capabilities (e.g. agentic workflows, AI-assisted features)
- You work close to the customer, investigating and resolving user issues first hand
- You take ownership of features from idea to production and iteration
- You improve system architecture, scalability, and maintainability
- You collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM to solve real logistics problems
- You contribute to technical decisions and roadmap planning
- You support and unblock other engineers
Requirements:
- Strong full-stack engineering skills (Ruby on Rails & React)
- Proven ability to deliver features end-to-end with high ownership
- Pragmatic mindset with a strong balance of speed and quality
- Experience with modern AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Codex, Claude Code)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguity
- Product mindset with a focus on user value
- Fluent in English
- Nice to have: Experience in B2B SaaS environments
- Nice to have: Experience with customer integration projects
- Nice to have: Background in the logistics industry
- Nice to have: German
