Job Description
Senior Product Manager focusing on growth in the ANZ public sector for Granicus. Driving strategy and execution across product priorities and regional market insights.
Responsibilities:
- Build a deep understanding of ANZ public sector & tourism needs, procurement behaviours, digital maturity, and regulatory expectations.
- Capture customer requirements across the portfolio and translate them into clear guidance for the Regional GM and global Product Management.
- Identify market gaps and emerging needs that influence product positioning and commercial opportunities.
- Act as the product counterpart to the Regional GM in shaping regional strategy and commercial execution.
- Provide structured input into pipeline, forecasting, deal strategy, and key account planning.
- Serve as the ANZ market representative to global Product Management leadership.
- Maintain a comprehensive, continually refreshed view of competitor capabilities, pricing, packaging, and positioning.
- Evaluate pricing performance in ANZ and provide evidence-based recommendations for adjustments.
- Partner with Sales leadership to inform strategy for key accounts and strategic opportunities.
- Track adoption, ARR growth, attach rates, retention, and win/loss outcomes across the region.
Requirements:
- Experience in product management, commercial strategy, solutions consulting, or a similar market-facing role.
- Strong business acumen and comfort working with financial models, pricing scenarios, and tradeoff decisions.
- Ability to synthesise market intelligence into concise, actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication and influencing skills across senior and cross-functional audiences.
- Knowledge of ANZ public sector or other regulated markets is preferred.
