Job Description

Product Manager orchestrating business and technical execution in Zenvia. Leading product strategy and enhancements while working with engineering teams remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be the key person responsible for ensuring that the strategy and evolution of our solutions are executed with maximum efficiency and scalability.
  • Orchestrate the connection between business vision and technical execution, working closely with the engineering team.
  • Establish roadmaps and release plans that meet technical requirements and achieve business outcomes;
  • Define, track, and communicate relevant KPIs, continuously monitoring product performance to drive proactive improvements;
  • Translate complex business requirements into actionable items for development teams;
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to shape strategy and prioritize critical needs;
  • Manage product investment decisions and finances, focusing on increasing delivered value and minimizing costs;
  • Create tactics to increase user adoption and usage of features;
  • Ensure the product aligns with the company's corporate, financial, and IT standards;
  • Monitor market and technology trends to anticipate innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Communication: Ability to synthesize complex technical information for diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing;
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and use of data to inform decisions and resolve software engineering challenges;
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple deadlines and initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic, matrixed environment;
  • Collaboration: Proven experience in understanding business partners' pain points and turning them into solutions;
  • Technical Vision: Experience overseeing software development initiatives and estimating resource needs.
