Job Description
Product Manager orchestrating business and technical execution in Zenvia. Leading product strategy and enhancements while working with engineering teams remotely.
Responsibilities:
- You will be the key person responsible for ensuring that the strategy and evolution of our solutions are executed with maximum efficiency and scalability.
- Orchestrate the connection between business vision and technical execution, working closely with the engineering team.
- Establish roadmaps and release plans that meet technical requirements and achieve business outcomes;
- Define, track, and communicate relevant KPIs, continuously monitoring product performance to drive proactive improvements;
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable items for development teams;
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to shape strategy and prioritize critical needs;
- Manage product investment decisions and finances, focusing on increasing delivered value and minimizing costs;
- Create tactics to increase user adoption and usage of features;
- Ensure the product aligns with the company's corporate, financial, and IT standards;
- Monitor market and technology trends to anticipate innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Communication: Ability to synthesize complex technical information for diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing;
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and use of data to inform decisions and resolve software engineering challenges;
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple deadlines and initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic, matrixed environment;
- Collaboration: Proven experience in understanding business partners' pain points and turning them into solutions;
- Technical Vision: Experience overseeing software development initiatives and estimating resource needs.
